At Resophy, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or replacement. To be eligible, simply reach out to us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at hello@getresophy.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo, if the product arrived damaged or defective

We typically respond within 24-48 hours.

What Happens Next

In most cases, you will not need to return the item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll process a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer — without requiring you to ship anything back.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Cat Water Fountain arrives damaged, stops working, or doesn't match its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund at no charge to you.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind, you may still request a refund within 30 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. In this case, a return may be required, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Replacement filters that have been opened or used are not eligible for return, for hygiene reasons. If a filter arrives damaged or defective, we will still replace it at no cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy still applies once you receive it.
